1. Information we use to provide the Services
We process personal information from multiple sources to operate, secure, and improve the Services. We also generate derived data (e.g., inferences, scoring, or profiles) from other data we collect.
a) Information from third-party sources
We may receive business contact and firmo graphic information (e.g., name, work email, job title, employer, industry) from service providers, integration partners, and publicly available sources (e.g., company websites, public APIs, government or professional registries). We require our providers to represent that they have a lawful basis to share the data.b)
b) Information Customers and Users provide
Customers and their Users may submit:
· User account details: name, work email, phone, job title, employer, location.
· Business contacts:prospects/leads/clients (names, emails, job titles, company, location, notes).
· Technical data: IP addresses or other telemetry captured via the Services (e.g., logs for troubleshooting, security, or product improvement).
· Billing data (if applicable):payment instruments and billing details provided to our payment processors.
· Account support data:information needed to create and maintain accounts.
Important: Unlike some vendors, Incredevo does not operate a public contributory data marketplace. We useCustomer-submitted data only to provide and improve the Services for thatCustomer and as otherwise permitted in our contract.
2. Information we collect automatically (“Usage Information”)
When you visit our Website, use theServices, or interact with our emails, we and certain third parties may automatically collect information via cookies, pixels, SDKs, web beacons, JavaScript, and similar technologies.
This may include:
· Device and browser metadata(type, version, OS, language, time zone)
· IP address and approximatelocation
· Referring/exit pages, pagesviewed, links clicked, feature use, error logs
· Email engagement (e.g., opens,clicks)
· Mobile identifiers (if using amobile app) and, if enabled, coarse geolocation
You can control non-essential cookies via our cookie banner and/or your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect functionality. We may use IP, domains, or device identifiers to infer company/industry for analytics and service improvement.
3. Information we collect from marketing and sales activities (“Marketing Information”)
You may provide personal information when you:

· Register for an event, webinar, or training
· Subscribe to newsletters or updates
· Download content or complete surveys
· Interact with us at events(virtual or in-person)
This may include name, company, role, work email, phone, country/state, work address, and the content of your request. If an event or meeting is recorded (audio/video/photos), we’ll use it for business, training, and marketing, where appropriate and lawful.

a) Service Information
We use Service Information to:
· Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services
· Analyze usage and troubleshoot
· Generate derived insights(e.g., lead scoring, predictions, profiles) to support product functionality
· Develop new features and internal tools
· Verify identity, create and manage accounts, and provide support
· Send operational communications and product updates·

AI & Machine Learning: We use AI/ML topower features like automated personalization, insight generation, lead scoring, and workflow automation. We may use Service Information and business contact data as inputs to our models and carefully selected third-party AI providers only to provide/improve these features. We don’t use Customer data totrain models for unrelated third parties. Where required, you may object or opt-out—contact privacy@incredevo.com.
b) Usage Information
We use Usage Information to:
· Operate, secure, analyze, andimprove the Website and Services
· Diagnose and fix issues
· Develop new features
· Verify identity and prevent abuse
· Measure and tailor advertising and communications, where permitted
c) Marketing Information
We use Marketing Information to:
· Respond to inquiries and fulfill requests
· Send updates, newsletters, and event information
· Personalize and measure marketing
· Perform other purposes disclosed at collection or permitted by law
SMS: Personal data collected for SMS consent is used only for direct communications with you and is not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
d) Safety, security, and compliance
We may use any category of data to protect our users and Services; investigate fraud, security, or technical issues; and enforce agreements or comply with legal obligations.
5. How we share information
a) Service providers & partners
We share information with vendors that help us operate (hosting, infrastructure, support, product analytics, billing/payment, communications, security, data enrichment, and advertising/marketing where applicable). They must use data only under our instructions and with appropriate safeguards.
b) Business and data partnersWe may share limited data with partners to create or deliver integrated solutions you enable or request.
c) Marketing recipientsWith your direction or as disclosed at collection, we may share Marketing Information with event partners or sponsors.
d) Corporate transactionsWe may disclose data in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, bankruptcy, or similar event including due diligence.
e) Legal and safetyWe may disclose data to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests; to protect rights, safety, and property; and to prevent fraud or abuse.
f) Aggregated/de-identified dataWe may share or publish information that is aggregated and/or de-identified so it does not reasonably identify an individual.
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. Where laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly, we honor opt-out rights.
6. Analytics, advertising, and do-not-track
We and our partners may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to deliver, measure, and improve ads including retargeting. To opt out of interest-based advertising in your browser, visit the Network Advertising Initiative and Digital AdvertisingAlliance opt-out portals. Browser-level opt-outs apply only to the browser you use to set them. Where legally required, we honor Global Privacy Control signals.
7. Yourchoices & requests
· Account settings: Customers may update certain preferences in the product (e.g., notifications, profile).
· Marketing: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in the email (transactional emails may still be sent).
· Data rights requests: SeeSections 11 (EU/UK/EEA/Swiss) and 15 (California and similar state laws) or contact privacy@incredevo.com.
8. Security
We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure. You can help by using strong unique passwords and MFA, keeping credentials confidential, using up-to-date devices and security software, and notifying us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
9. Third-party links and services
Our Website and Services may link to or embed third-party sites, apps, and features. Their data practices are governedby their own policies. Review those policies before providing information.
10. Children
Our Services are not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
11. Information for European Territory residents (EEA, UK,Switzerland)
Legal bases
We process personal data based on legitimate interests, consent, contract, and legal obligations, as applicable.You may object to processing based on legitimate interests or withdraw consentat any time.
Your rights

If we act as a processor on behalf of a Customer, we will redirect your request to that Customer.
Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed for the purposes described, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We may retain minimal data in a suppression list to honor opt-out requests.
12. International transfers
We are headquartered and may process datain EU. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures.
Required to disclose personal data to public authorities. If we transfer personal data to third parties acting as our agents, we remain responsible as required by applicable law.
13. Google integrations (if you connect Google)
When you connect your Google account with Incredevo, we only request the minimal OAuth scopes required to deliver the selected features.
Data Accessed
Depending on the functionality you enable, we may access:
· Google Sheets content and metadata you choose to import,
· your Google account email address for authentication,
· file permissions and sharing settings needed to sync data.
All requested scopes are displayed on the OAuth consent screen before you grant access.
Data Usage
We use Google user data exclusively to:
· authenticate your account and enable login,
· import, synchronize, and update data you have explicitly selected,
· provide the requested product features and maintain security and reliability.
We do not use Google user data to train unrelated AI models, add it to public/shared databases, perform third-party advertising or sell data, or allow third-party AI providers to use it for their own purposes.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or share Google user data with third parties for their independent use.
Data may be disclosed only to trusted service providers (such as hosting and support vendors) who act strictly under our instructions and under appropriate data protection agreements.
We may disclose data if required by law, to protect security, or to prevent abuse.
Data Storage & Protection
Data in transit is encrypted using TLS, and data at rest is stored securely with industry-standard encryption.
Access is restricted based on least-privilege principles and protected with multi-factor authentication, access logging, and periodic reviews.
Google user data is not accessible to staff or third parties except as explicitly permitted (with your consent, for security, or by law).
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain Google user data only as long as necessary to provide the functions you have enabled or to meet legal obligations.
You may disconnect the Google integration at any time in your account settings. Once disconnected, Google user data retrieved by the app is deleted from our systems within 30 days, except for short-term backups or where retention is required by law.
You may also request deletion of yourGoogle user data at any time by contacting privacy@incredevo.com.
Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
14. Consumer privacy rights (California & similar U.S.state laws)
Residents of California and certain otherU.S. states may have rights to know/access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain data “sales” or “sharing,” as well as rights regarding sensitive personal information and targeted advertising. To exercise your rights or opt out, contact privacy@incredevo.com or use available controls (e.g., cookie banner, account settings). We may require verification and/or agent authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
15. Your controls for advertising & cookies
Manage non-essential cookies via our banner and your browser. Interest-based ad opt-outs are available via the DAA and NAI portals. These do not block all cookies and must be set per browser/device.

17. Changes to this Policy
